Air Zoom Spiridon Cage 2

Nike returns the Nike Air Zoom Spiridon Cage 2 from 2003, offering the Steven Smith-designed silhouette now as a silver and red version. Originally only intended as a running shoe for the Japanese market, the lightweight sneaker is semi-inspired by the Zoom Citizen and was reworked by Smith for a wider audience after the Japanese crowed and Nike internally loved it. Highlighted by the “cage” around the Zoom cushioning, nodding to the midsole of the retro sneaker, this metallic shimmering trainer will be on heavy rotation this summer.
